હેતુ
Inventory / Store વિભાગમાં stock entry, formula logic, validation, alert અને dashboard નો અભ્યાસ.
Practice Workflow
- Inventory Entry tab ખોલો.
- Item Code Auto Generate અથવા Manual Entry પસંદ કરો; પછી Item Name, Item Type, Unit અને Opening Stock દાખલ કરો.
- Received અને Issued quantity દાખલ કરો.
- Closing Stock calculation તપાસો.
- Reorder Level સેટ કરો.
- Stock Alert જુઓ.
- Search / Type / Unit / Stock filtersનો ઉપયોગ કરો.
- Dashboard totals અને chart તપાસો.
- જરૂર મુજબ CSV / Excel export અથવા Print કરો.
Formula Logic
Closing Stock: Opening Stock + Received − Issued
Stock Alert: Closing Stock < Reorder Level → “રીઓર્ડર જરૂરી”; અન્યથા “સ્ટોક પૂરતો”.
Validation / Common Errors
- Issued quantity Opening + Received કરતાં વધુ હોઈ શકતી નથી.
- Negative quantity મંજૂર નથી.
- Duplicate Item Code મંજૂર નથી.
- Calculated Closing Stock user દ્વારા manually edit થતું નથી.
